New Year's Eve Sit!

Celebrate New Year’s Eve the way we do best! By sitting quietly into the New Year while the city goes nuts around us. There will be time for tea & talk in there as well... But how will we know when the clock strikes 12 if we're staring at a wall?? Don't worry, the city will tell us with a giant roar only amplified by the stillness of the zendo. Also there will be a toast of something sparkling (non alcoholic) to follow, as well as the traditional ringing of 108 bells leading up to midnight as we sit. It's a great way to (literally) ring in the New Year with just the right balance of deep stillness and good times with friends. As always, you are welcome to come for all or part of the evening if you have other pressing plans to work around.
